SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our products are carefully made, packaged, and prepared for shipment with the utmost care. Bokah Blocks takes pride in the quality and care invested into each shipped package.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) after it is placed. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). We ship all U.S. domestic and international orders via the U.S. Post Office.

Holiday Deliveries

Due to holiday demands, our friends at USPS are unable to guarantee Christmas delivery. Regretfully, we have no control over shipping delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We ship to international locations via USPS Priority Mail only. Our shipping rates for these locations are based on weight. Delivery times vary but are estimated at 6-14 business days, depending on your country’s customs, regulations and procedures. The USPS transit times are indicated as general estimates only and not as guaranteed times of delivery.

Customs Fees

Some deliveries may be delayed at customs and may incur custom clearance fees, duty fees, processing fees, brokerage fees, tax and other charges typically associated with a foreign purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot predict nor have any control over these factors. Custom related charges are determined and enforced by local legal authorities and vary by country. These fees are usually charged as conditions for obtaining your items at customs and are not part of USPS shipping cost. To clarify the applicable laws and regulations that may affect your foreign purchase, we suggest contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order with us.

Taxes

Prices displayed on our website do not include sales tax. According to California rules and regulations, we must collect sales tax on purchases destined to California. Our origin-based CA sales tax is 8.00%.

Country not listed? We, sadly, are unable to ship to all countries and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We do hope to expand our shipping in the future and will make announcements regarding new international territories via our Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

Tracking

All U.S. orders include tracking service. Tracking information will be emailed to you once an order has been shipped. Please visit USPS.com to check your delivery status.

Please Note:

  1. We only ship on business days Monday through Friday.

  2. We do not offer shipping on United States federal holidays.

  3. All orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped on the next business day, depending on stock availability.

  4. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). This applies to Express shipping methods as well.

  5. All shipping methods require a physical street address. We do not ship to APO/FPO/PO Box addresses.

  6. The indicated shipping time serves as a USPS estimate of transit duration. It does not include the time required for processing your order.

  7. Once an order has been submitted, no change of any kind to that order may be made. Should you need to change delivery address, number of product, shipping method, etc., please, cancel the current order and place a new one based upon the desired specifications.

  8. Multiple-item orders may take longer to ship than designated above.

  9. Large and/or heavy product packages require longer than average shipping preparation and transit time.

  10. Once the carrier designates a shipment as “Delivered” to the provided address, our tracking possibility concludes. After that, we are no longer able to help you locate your items. To ensure that your package arrives safely, please provide a physical delivery address that you trust.

  11. Should a product package arrive at your designated address damaged, please, file Damaged and/or Lost Shipment claim with the carrier.

Combining Orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine multiple orders once the orders have been placed.

Shipping to Multiple Locations

We are unable to split up an order for shipping to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, a separate order for each shipping address is required.

Free Returns within the U.S.

We hope you love everything you order from Bokah Blocks, but it’s okay if you change your mind. Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, free returns within the U.S. are accepted within 30 days from the order date. To initiate a return, please email us at wecare@bokahblocks.com with your order number. We’ll be happy to assist you.

To be eligible for an authorized return, your item must be in like-new condition, in its original packaging. Once we have inspected and approved your return, we’ll refund the entire purchasing price. Regretfully, we are unable to refund the original cost of shipping.

Please Note:

Free Returns are only available for domestic orders. At the moment, we are unable to process returns for International Orders. All International Orders are considered Final Sale.

How to Make a Return

  1. Please write “Return” in the subject line.

  2. Send your return request to wecare@bokahblocks.com with your order number.

  3. Wait for a free return label sent to you via email.

  4. Print the label.

  5. Ensure the items you return are in like-new condition, in original packaging.

  6. Secure the package with the original invoice inside.

  7. Ensure old shipping labels are removed or obscured.

  8. Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed label over the prior delivery information.

  9. Drop the package off at any authorized USPS Office.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please note that at peak times, it may take us longer than usual to process your return. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Card Payments

Upon processing and approving your return, we will ask your bank to process a refund. Card refunds can take up to 2 weeks, depending on your bank’s processing time, which we are unable to expedite. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your card statement.

PayPal

Upon processing and approving your return, we will credit your PayPal account, and the refund will show on your PayPal statement after 3 business days. PayPal payments funded with a credit or debit card will be refunded to that card. Single payments funded with more than one funding source, will be refunded to their original payment methods.
