Bokah Blocks is handmade and assembled in California, United States.

Absolutely. Bokah Blocks is made of 100% solid basswood grown in Pennsylvania, United States. Throughout the process, the blocks remain natural and unstained to bring you a safe and non-toxic product.

To keep our Bokah Blocks and Bendys toxic-free, we do not use stains. This way, each piece preserves its natural creamy color.

Unfortunately, wood and moisture aren’t the best of friends. But if needed, spot treat with a damp cloth and allow the Bokah blocks to dry completely before playing.

Bokah Blocks is recommended for anyone age 4 and up.

Bendys are strong and only break under unusually tough circumstances. We do not offer replacements, but you may order extra Bendys in our Online Store.

Bokah blocks come in four different sizes: Long (8″), Halfy (4″), Small (2″), and Tiny (1.25″).

We offer free USPS shipping for all domestic orders. International orders are determined by our good friends at USPS. Please visit our Shipping Rates Page for more details.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

All orders ship out the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

We understand. We get excited about new toys, too. Please allow 2-4 business days for domestic deliveries. For international shipping, please allow 6-14 business days. Deliveries may take longer for less frequented postal codes.

It’s okay to change your mind. Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, free returns within the U.S. are accepted within 30 days from the order date. To initiate a return, please email us at wecare@bokahblocks.com with your order number. We’ll be happy to assist you.

To be eligible for an authorized return, your item must be in like-new condition, in its original packaging. Once we have inspected and approved your return, we’ll refund the entire purchasing price. Regretfully, we are unable to refund the original cost of shipping. More details can be found under Shipping.

Free Returns are only available for domestic orders. At the moment, we are unable to process returns for International Orders. All International Orders are considered Final Sale.
