To keep our Bokah Blocks and Bendys toxic-free, we do not use stains. This way, each piece preserves its natural creamy color.

How do I clean my Bokah blocks?

Unfortunately, wood and moisture aren’t the best of friends. But if needed, spot treat with a damp cloth and allow the Bokah blocks to dry completely before playing.

If my Bendys break, can I get them replaced?"

Bendys are strong and only break under unusually tough circumstances. We do not offer replacements, but you may order extra Bendys in our Online Store.

We understand. We get excited about new toys, too. Please allow 2-4 business days for domestic deliveries. For international shipping, please allow 6-14 business days. Deliveries may take longer for less frequented postal codes.

What is your Return Policy?

It’s okay to change your mind. Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, free returns within the U.S. are accepted within 30 days from the order date. To initiate a return, please email us at wecare@bokahblocks.com with your order number. We’ll be happy to assist you.
 
To be eligible for an authorized return, your item must be in like-new condition, in its original packaging. Once we have inspected and approved your return, we’ll refund the entire purchasing price. Regretfully, we are unable to refund the original cost of shipping. More details can be found under Shipping.

We accept any form of verification as long as you are an active educator. Acceptable forms can be a copy of your Teacher ID, Teacher Credential, Permit, or current pay stub. Rest assured, we will keep your information private.
